We love drinking chocolate, but most of the time, it is far too sweet. We have created three blends that are 80% dark chocolate, having only 3 to 4 grams of sugar per cup. This allows the wonderful rich flavors of chocolate to shine brightly. We combine the chocolate with judicious amounts of spices to add complexity and pleasure to the drinking experience.

Drinking Strong Happiness Blend makes you happy! We blend 80% dark chocolate with the ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and a touch of cayenne pepper. Added to a cup of hot milk or milk substitute it creates a rich smooth drink. Only having 3 grams of pure cane sugar per cup, it is not sweet, but because of high quality chocolate and spices it is not bitter either. Additionally, each ingredient is known for how it releases endorphins which result in a feeling of well being. It may remind you of a chi sharing many of the same spices, but adding the richness of chocolate.
Vanilla Dark Chocolate is 80% dark chocolate blended with freshly ground vanilla bean. With only three grams of pure cane sugar per cup, the vanilla blends perfectly with the chocolate to smooth the slight bitterness usually associated with dark chocolate. It mixes equally well with milk and milk substitutes. Vanilla allows the complex chocolate flavors to shine. Everyone from chocolate purists to children delight in this blend.
Hazelnut Euphoria combines the wonder of 77% dark chocolate with an all natural hazelnut flavoring and a pinch of black pepper. The hazelnut flavor is nut free, allowing those who have tree nut allergies to enjoy the symbiotic flavor relationship of hazelnut and chocolate. The black pepper adds complexity and richness to the blend. Hazelnut Euphoria contains only 4 grams of sugar per cup and mixes equally as well with milk and milk substitutes.
Pumpkin Spice Blend says of fall! We blend 74% dark chocolate with ginger, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Added to a cup of hot milk or milk substitute it creates a rich smooth holiday treat. We add a touch more sugar to this blend, but it still come out only having 3 grams of pure cane sugar per cup, it is not sweet, but because of high quality chocolate and spices it is not bitter either. This is a great treat to share with friends during the holidays, or to make a special breakfast even better.

Love the flavor of this hot chocolate. Great for a low sugar, heart healthy diet. This is the only hot chocolate that I can add to my macadamia milk that tastes great. I get the Dark Chocolate Vanilla. My spouse likes the Strong Happiness Blend in cow's milk with a teaspoon of raw cane sugar (or substitutes the sugar with a 1/2 oz of Baileys.)

I recently bought your Strong Happiness Blend. I knew it was risky with the cinnamon, ginger and cayenne- I’ve had other chocolate products with similar ingredients and they were awful! I was so excited after my first sip- you nailed it the flavors together were perfect, I’m looking forward to many cups of this blend and sharing it with my friends.
